AI automation and AI development
that runs in production.

We build AI automation and AI development for operators whose most valuable process is still run by hand. That covers the workflows that eat the week, AI inside your own product, and the AI Ops to keep both running.

  • Your CRM and tools
  • Guardrails on day one
  • AI Ops after launch
  • You own the prompts

HOW WE WORK

Ship it, then
keep it running.

We write the spec, ship the first workflow or feature, then keep it in production with monitoring and a monthly report on what it did and what it got wrong.

  1. 01

    Workflow mapping

Which processes cost the most time, which ones a model can own end to end, and which stack they already live in.

  2. 02

    Design

We write down the feature, the automation, the human handoff, and the guardrails before a model goes live.

  3. 03

    Build

The AI feature goes into your software, and the automations sit between the tools you already run, one working path at a time.

  4. 04

    AI Ops

Nothing expands until the first path holds for a full cycle. Until then we watch the failures, tune the prompts, and report what changed.

WHAT YOU GET

AI automation you can hand to your team.

Development, automation, and the operations work that keeps a model useful after the launch call.

AI automation

Intake, routing, drafts, and the handoffs between tools, so the repeatable work stops living in a spreadsheet and someone's memory.

AI development

Custom AI inside the product your customers already use, scoped as a feature with acceptance criteria and a release date.

AI Ops

Logging, fallbacks, evaluation runs, and a human path for the decisions a model should not own.

Your CRM and existing tools

The systems you already pay for stay in the loop, connected through APIs and webhooks so a record updates in one place.

Cloud runtimes

Cloudflare Workers and Vercel for anything that has to answer at the edge, Amazon Bedrock when a model is hosted inside your AWS account, and AWS Step Functions to orchestrate the long-running jobs.

You own it

Code, prompts, model accounts, and the runbook transfer to you at handover, and they keep working if the next phase goes elsewhere.

PROOF

Results that speak.

30 daysPilot-to-roadmap window
YoursCode, prompts, and accounts

One feature or one workflow has to work inside the first 30 days before we scope a broader system. The spec, the acceptance criteria, and the handover terms are agreed in writing before that window opens.

Common questions

Each workflow or feature is quoted as its own fixed price, agreed after a short discovery. What moves the number is how many systems have to connect, whether the model touches customer-facing decisions, and how much of the process is documented today. Running the system afterwards is a separate monthly AI Ops scope with its own number.
