Credits and billing
Paid plans include monthly audit credits for single-page runs, report exports, and re-runs after fixes. Every scan costs the same 10 credits, on any of the three products: AI-Readiness, Marketing Signal, or Website Security.
- Monthly audit credits reset each billing cycle.
- Unused credits do not roll over unless your contract says otherwise.
- Failed runs caused by index365 are credited back under the fix guarantee.
- Billing changes, plan upgrades, cancellations, and invoices live in the account dashboard.
Project minimums
Track 2 engagements have practical minimums to make the work worthwhile. Below these floors we refer to a partner who handles smaller scopes well.
